Webspector provides you with the ability to fully customize web page retrieval. To specify a schedule for retrieving URL Lists, click the 'Setup' button. The Setup window will open to the 'Scheduler' tab. From the drop-down menu below the text 'WebBox to retrieve,' select your WebBox. After adding the desired times to the table, click 'Save' to record your changes. Scheduling is also available directly from the URL List Wizard.

Webspector provides you access to results of URL List retrievals in the Reports feature. Reports notify you as to which pages have changed in a convenient, tabular format. Additionally, reports may be regularly sent to your e-mailbox. For example, if you were traveling and were unable to access your computer but still wanted to be receive updates on what was happening at Microsoft, you could monitor 'http://events.microsoft.com', instruct Webspector to e-mail you page retrieval results on the Reports tab in Setup, and reports would be mailed to you automatically!
